I like it but it takes too long to warm up. I’m also not sure if I am meant to suction it to my eye.

I have been struggling with dry eyes for 20 years and have spent a fortune on eye drops which ended up making things worse. I had continuous eye infections and red burning eyes. Finally the steam therapy has worked and I have ditched the eye drops.

Really , really helps my eyes. Relaxing and the warm moisture is very nice. My eyes are watering less.

Consistently using eye relief steam therapy wand over 2 weeks now and surprisingly it actually works in keeping my eyes hydrated during the day. I steam once in the morning and again at night. It's easy to use and I've only used drugstore eye drop two times since using the steam therapy wand. Before using the steam wand, I was using eye drops 4 to 7 times a day and it doesn't keep my eye hydrated. I love your product!

I like how it feels when I wake up with dry eyes in the middle of the night. It provides more extended relief than drops.

I have dry eyes and also had surgery for corneal erosion in my right eye 12 months ago. A few weeks in, the dryness of my good eye has improved. I suspect it will take longer for the right eye given I still have erosion issues and need eye drops throughout the day. However it does leave both eyes feeling good after using it.

Really good steam! It does warm slightly but you can only feel it when it’s right up to your eye. Used for several days during a dry windy week and my eyes felt much better. Needed fewer allergy eye drops!

Very comforting to my eyes. Easy to operate

Works well for my dry eye problem. It certainly is better than drops and much easier and convenient than hot compresses. So it works great and my eyes are feeling much better. Better instructions regarding the wait time for it to start warming the mist. Not sure why the power shuts off after 5 minutes. But overall very happy with the device!

This is a wonderful product to help manage chronic dry eye. It is so easy to use versus hanging your head over a streaming pot of water on the stove. It provides immediate relief and I am so delighted to have an option that also improves the health of my eyes. Thank you!

I love how my eyes feel after I use this. So much easier than warm wash cloths. Saline is absolutely easier on my eyes just as an FYI for others - I find distilled water to be irritating. I would give it a higher rating but few issues I am having that I haven't been able to fix mainly that it leaks sometimes. I also feel like the battery always needs to be recharged so need to put it on the charger after use and when it is on the charger I put it in a plastic bag so that the cup where the steam comes out isn't exposed and getting dirty which then steams into my eyes.

I have been using the steam wand twice a day for about 2-3 weeks. It is helping but I am still needing to use eye drops in between as I have severe dry eyes. I am hoping that with continued use, my dry eyes will improve and I will be able to reduce the drops.

Very good and great value for money

I like the wand because it opens a tear duct for me which would, before using the wand, feel like I had something in my eye. Now that has helped me tremendously in keeping my left eye open. It has also proved helpful with my MGD. I'm grateful I ordered this wand and use in twice a day, sometimes more.

I received this products a couple of weeks ago, and forgot all about it until today. Wow, it works like magic. I've been suffering with dry eyes for over 5 years, I've tried so many eyedrops, warm compresses and nothing has really given me the results this machine has. Since the first time I used this (this morning) I've experienced relief like no other product has been able to achieve. I highly recommend this to anyone who's suffering from dry eye, it's a game changer!

It would be nice to have some type of alarm to let you know when it shuts off. I have held it to my eye several times not knowing it had stoped. Other than that….so fat, so good! The jury is still out on how effective it is. Immediate relief is good….not sure about long term. I haven’t used it long enough to form an opinion.

The stream is very soothing to my eyes and works better than eye drops. I bought 2 and I keep one in my car and one at home.

Definitly helps my dry eyes issue but I have to shake it to keep the steam going after about 10-15 seconds. I have the heat on, have it set to emit continuous steam and it keeps stoping. Then it turns itself off yet the heat is still on then the heat turns itself off. Will only stay on for maybe 30 seconds. The unit is fully charged. Didn't do this when I first receivved it but is getting worse. Is there something wrong with the unit? Any suggestions would be helpful. I use a saline solution for the steam. Thanks!

I was pleased about receiving the wand and full of hope that it would cure my dry eye problem but I'm afraid it hasnt cured it. Its pleasant to use and very easy but my eyes are still gushing with tears. I am so sorry that I dont have better news for you but many thanks for supplying it and at least I have tried it. I bought this for my husband for dry eyes and he seems to think it has helped him.

It makes my dry eye feel better. One issue I have is the steam forms into water and runs down my face taking off makeup and drying out my skin.

It's definitely making my eyes feel better! My only complaint is it doesn't hold a charge for very long, and if not held at the correct angle, the water leaks out of the lid. It does not seal well. Otherwise, it's definitely helping with my dry eyes!

The steam is a great feature and enhances the experience. One minor drawback is that condensation can build up on the device and drip down during use, which can be a bit inconvenient. Works well on husband he is happy

The product is straightforward to use. It has helped ease my dry, itchy eyes already. I like the design and the simplicity of the controls. One of the few things I'm squeamish about is anything to do with my eyes; I'm not a great fan of eye drops or anyone/thing touching my eyes. This device is ideal as its gentle spray is preferable for me - certainly better than trying to put drops in them.

Haven’t used it for a long time but happy with the result so far. Prefer it with the warm mist. It is soothing. The only small difficulty is obtaining distilled water every time as its expiration day is short.
