Really hoped this would end my dry eyes, that must be the worse name. Been using twice a day for 2 weeks but no improvement. One thing when I’m using it my eyes are streaming water. Is this normal ?

The steamer works well. It gives a lovely soothing effect to the eyes. At the moment I use it twice a day for 5 minutes and that is sufficient. best regards Olga Citroen-van Dosser

Best therapy I've tried for my dry eye. Very gentle relaxing and soothing. Bought a bottle of ultra distilled water at supermarket. The charge seems to last for ages. Very happy!

I ordered a pair of these so I could treat both eyes simultaneously. One malfunctioned, but was quickly replaced. I only wish the new device that treats both eyes at the same time had been available when I placed my order, because I would have preferred that. In any case, this is a very good company that stands by its products.

So far looks like a great option for dry eyes, but the only thing I don’t like is need to recharge very often only last about two treatments and need to recharge. I use two times a day.

I got this one for a friend and she loves it. it has cured her watery eyes.

It helps my mom with her dry eyes. Any relief she can get is wonderful. We thinking of getting one for a friend of ours that struggles with allergies. This would probably help her too

I like it a lot! Easy to use. Sometimes, I feel that too much condensation builds up. But I think it is very helpful for my dry eyes.

I have many eye drops that we prescribed for my severe dry eye nothing works I wasn’t should if this would work but it has given me some relief it actually cleans my eyes. I use it first thing in the morning & then whenever my eyes feel irritated I love it thank you so much it doesn’t take it away completely but it’s better than what I thought forget the eye drops this will be my way to finally get some relief

Eyes feel better waking up. Use nightly for at bedtime dry eye. Using less eye drops to hydrate my eyes during the day.

The wands performed as advertised. I look forward to increasing eye comfort as I continue to use this product.

This little machine is the best product I have ever used for my dry eye syndrome! Had problems with my first one and the after sales service was absolutely friendly and professional and sent me a replacement no problems at all! My eyes are really loving it.

I was skeptical but this device has totally improved my dry eye condition within just days.

It is soothing on my eyes and easy to use. I will use it a few more times just to make sure however, I’m leaning towards ordering a second one so I can use it on both eyes at the same time. All around the instructions were good and explained the do’s and don’ts. I also like the “heat” function. Very soothing…..Finally, I appreciate receiving what I ordered in a timely manner. The company even went the extra step of sending an email with instructions for how to use it and that was helpful should I lose the written instructions it came with. All around, a very positive experience!

Have had dry eyes for years and been putting regular drops in as directed by opthalmologist even tried eye wheat packs but nothing matches your hydrator. Managing with a morning treatment and one at night. It's great THANK YOU

I have only used it a couple of times so far, but I am finding it very soothing to my tired eyes.

I would make sure and use distilled water only . Ive noticed as soon as i ise it my eyes get moisterized and so efortlessly too. Eye drops are a thing of thebpast for me. Great device!

I have been struggling with dry eyes for 20 years and have spent a fortune on eye drops which ended up making things worse. I had continuous eye infections and red burning eyes. Finally the steam therapy has worked and I have ditched the eye drops.

Really , really helps my eyes. Relaxing and the warm moisture is very nice. My eyes are watering less.

Consistently using eye relief steam therapy wand over 2 weeks now and surprisingly it actually works in keeping my eyes hydrated during the day. I steam once in the morning and again at night. It's easy to use and I've only used drugstore eye drop two times since using the steam therapy wand. Before using the steam wand, I was using eye drops 4 to 7 times a day and it doesn't keep my eye hydrated. I love your product!

I like how it feels when I wake up with dry eyes in the middle of the night. It provides more extended relief than drops.
